Mr. Su is a Financial Advisor at U.S. Capital Advisors (USCA). Prior to joining USCA, Mr. Su served as a financial advisor for Wells Fargo. He has worked with both individual and corporate clients to assist them with their investing, planning and financial needs. He specializes in asset and risk management, 401(k) and executive compensation strategies, lending solutions, insurance solutions, estate planning, and wealth transfer.

Mr. Su began his career in1996 as an Operations Manager at Paperless Claims, helping launch their first Texas office.  In 2000, he co-founded and was VP of Business Development for id5Solutions.  Between 2003 and 2006, he opened several small businesses in the Austin area, including the first Ben & Jerry’s in Texas. In 2006, Mr. Su joined CompassLearning as a Sales Operation Manager, helping to manage the sales efforts of the $50 million organization. In 2008, Mr. Su became the Director of Finance and Operations for HPL PureSport and assisted in the launch of the PureSport brand, which included working with several Olympic athletes. In 2010, he was recruited by Wells Fargo Advisors into their Private Client Group.

Mr. Su received a BA in Biology and an MBA from the University of Texas.  He serves on the Board of the Asian American Resource Center in Austin, TX.  He is also very active in the Austin Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
