U.S. Capital Advisors Announces $24 Million investment into Badger Midstream Energy, LP
April 23, 2013 - Houston, TX - U.S. Capital Advisors LLC ("USCA") is pleased to announce that it has made a $24.1 million preferred equity investment into Badger Midstream Energy LP (“Badger Midstream”), a newly formed midstream energy company. The preferred equity investment from USCA clients combined with the significant investment from the company’s general partner and an additional outside investor allowed Badger Midstream to complete its acquisition of Midstream Energy Services (MES), a private midstream company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Badger Midstream is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of 100% of Midstream Energy Services, LLC and the contribution by High Point Energy, LLC of 100% of Dry Trails Midstream Energy, LLC which will now form the base set of assets under Badger.
