Julie Petersen is a Director in the Public Finance Group of U.S. Capital Advisors.

She has more than 16 years of experience serving as financial advisor for a variety of issuers including cities, counties, utility districts, electric power issuers, special districts, single and multi-family housing finance issuers’ hospital districts and industrial development corporations. Her strengths include structuring and marketing a variety of municipal transactions and credits, structuring new money, refunding, and tax credit bonds, and developing and negotiating bond and tax covenants. 

Prior to joining U.S. Capital Advisors, Julie served as a Vice President at Coastal Securities.  She holds a BS  Degree in Business Administration - Finance from University of Kentucky as well as FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
