Ms. Palmer is an industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience in wealth management industry operations.  Prior to joining U.S. Capital Advisors, she managed all areas of operations over her 30 plus year career with UBS Financial Services and its predecessor firm, PaineWebber, based in Houston. 

Ms. Palmer is licensed as a securities professional with Series 7, 8, 9/10, 63, and 66 licenses and the NFA Securities Principle & Certification.  She currently lives in Houston with her son.
